We are a property developer based in Essex, specialising  in the design and build of newly built homes as well as the refurbishment of run-down properties.

Our goal is to supply the highest standard of living to all the projects we undertake. We have a dedicated team who have a passion for creating vibrant and aspirational homes that bring a sense of place to an area, through high-quality design and meticulous attention to detail. 

We involve architects and planning experts from day one, to ensure that our homes are well designed with excellent build quality and a specification to truly impress. From feasibility studies to detailed design through to the development, we focus on the detail of each home, ensuring a scheme comes to life and complements its surroundings. 

Our homes will cover a wide product range but with one consistent theme, that of quality and design.

LAND WANTED - We are actively looking for land in the Essex and Suffolk area, predominately Colchester and surrounding villages – sites with and without planning permission.

INTERIOR DESIGN & LANDSCAPING- With a background in build and construction as well as a keen eye for detail, we have a passion for creativity and design. Our work includes a level of skill including interior designing, interior renovations and landscaping.

REST ASSURED

A market leading ten year warranty is included with every single one of our builds to give our clients peace of mind that the quality of our work is second to none. This goes hand in hand with making sure that these warranties are accepted by almost every single mortgage lender. 

As part of our customer service, we take great pride in making sure every Isla Home makes you love your home. Even after our period of warranty finishes, we’ll touch base every now and then, to see if there’s any after sales services we can provide to enhance your new home ownership experience.
