ISLA HOMES is recruiting for a Multi skilled labourer for our upcoming projects within the Colchester and surrounding villages. 

Requirements 

• Must be able to follow instructions carefully and correctly with little oversight. Safety on a construction site is incredibly important and all Labourers must be aware of the safety standards and practices within the industry.
• Must be dependable, efficient, and dedicated to their safety and the safety of their fellow Labourers. should be able to work well as part of a team but also be able to work independently on their own projects when necessary. 

Their other important skills include:

• must have CSCS Card (required)
• Valid UK Driving License (required)
• Basic knowledge of maths
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• General knowledge of building and construction practices
• Performing setup and cleanup tasks on site
• Providing general maintenance of construction equipment
• Thorough attention to detail
• The ability to handle constructive criticism
• The ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• The ability to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device

Job Types: Full-time self- employed as a sub-contractor

Contract length: 6 months minimum

Salary: £160.00 per day

Schedule: 8 hour 

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (required)
• Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person - Colchester and Surrounding villages

Expected start date: As soon as possible
